Large Uterine Tumor Excision
Patient presented with multiple uterine fibroids associated with infertility.
The patient underwent infertility treatment and antenatal follow-up, resulting
in a successful twin delivery. After 5 years of follow-up, the patient later
underwent TAH (Total Abdominal Hysterectomy).
